Delivery Times
Our couriers will follow all government and barangay-mandated Community Quarantine guidelines (if applicable). In light of this, some areas may experience longer delays in shipping. We will do our best to keep you updated on any changes and delays in shipping days.
Order cut-off is at 12:00 PM on business days. Orders made after 12:00 PM will be processed the next business day. For example, if you order an item at 12:01 PM on Saturday, your order will be processed on Monday, assuming Monday is not a holiday.
The standard delivery schedules are as follows:
1. Philippines
- Metro Manila – 2 to 4 business days
- Luzon – 4 to 7 business days
- Visayas and Mindanao – 6 to 10 business days
2. Taiwan, UAE and Singapore will take 3 to 5 working days.
3. Other countries, will be as per the provided location.
Please note that the Delivery time only count as working days, excluding Sundays and holidays.
